Kindite
The startup raised $4 million in its A round shortly after completing the brand positioning and Visual Identity. Eventually making an exit with RingCentral.
The project focus was on Investment Branding aka credibility, trust and clarity for investors.
Who is KINDITE?
Kindite’s cloud-based platform automates and processes encryption of organizational data without viewing its content.
Months before the investment, the founders approached the agency for web and brand development services. The goal was to create a unified style guide of the brand that would be used later to develop the website, marketing materials, and social media.
It was important for the company to show investors a clear understanding of market positioning, competitive awareness, and the undeniable focus of the brand.

Project
I was asked to lead the brand conversation and the development of the brand book, together with the designers team of Moveo Group.
A series of interviews were conducted with founders, market research and competitor branding analysis, brainstorming sessions on the visual identity of the brand in the time frame of 6 weeks were necessary for completion of this project.
Brand Identity
The brand book consisted of the brand mission statement, which serves as the company’s purpose for existence and the difference it makes in the world, the core values, tone of voice, and the visual identity.
Visual identity
First we distilled the positioning statement, values, and tone of voice of the brand, then we moved to the visual aspects of the brand identity. Logos, typography, color palettes, and a tagline. These are found in a similar manner by a designer's team. Brainstorming sessions are taking place where the team can come up with the best arguments for the best results.
